Extrim dexterity and parry

Sometimes dexterity and parry work with 0 delay.
Take look this video, fist half of fight everything is good. At second part delayas drop to 0 and win just imposible.

I check video at low speed
Cap at the end of heavy attack. My hit is already in flight.


And next frame is Cap parry


Is this normal behavior?
