What’s the difference between using the chaos rift shards and doing the event quest vs. opening the equivalent tier crystal?

    Some prizes aren’t available in the crystal vs the rift. Also if you do the rift you get 5k shards to the next (or 500 5* shards of you are doing the master rift) where as the crystal only gives 2.5k shards to the next tier rift.
