Should there be Uncollected Questing & Alliance Crystals?

Lets be honest, these crystals suck. Most of the time, I pull a 2* Unst. Colossus from the Alliance Crystals, & the 75 ISO from the Quest Crystals. Even the usual "better" rewards from each crystals, like XP-Boosts from the Alliance Crystals... Are just sadly pathetic, useless being at Lvl 60. Kabam, please consider making an Uncollected Version of these crystals, so they can be slightly useful.
