why won't Morningstar power gain

hello, i was wondering if anyone else has a problem that when we use Morningstar's heavy attack, she gets power gain, but there is no power gain happening. This is happening to my 2-star and 3-star.

My MS' power gain is fine. It's 5% of max power over 15 seconds per soul. With 0-1 souls, it's such a minute amount it's hard to notice unless you're near a threshold.
