Is Dorm degeneration working properly?

When fighting Dorm in AW, I have noticed I hardly ever degen. I could be wrong but is anyone else seeing an issue with Dorm on defense?

Are you using blade? Danger sense? Is Dorm duped or not?

Not using blade and Dorm is duped.

Depends one dorm sig lvl.

Does your champ have buffs?
