forming 4star arena boosts from 3star arena boosts

it must be a well known fact that xp boosts are useful only for item use for players above summoner level 60. and 3star arena boosts are quite similar. the point you get from your 4-40 3star with highest prestige on an arena boost is like 1000-500 more than the point you get from your 4-40 4star with lowest prestige. which does make a difference, but isn't much.

so i'm thinking maybe make it possible to form 4star arena boosts using 3star arena boosts. like 5 for 1, or even 10 for 1
