Stagger [Not A Bug]

I just fought Deadpool X-force with my Juggernaut. He starts getting low on health so I land a heavy and he gets staggered but his power gain goes on anyway. Is the a bug or is power gain not considered a buff?

Hi there @Tarlungs. Power Gain is not considered a Buff, and so it won't be prevented by Stagger. I hope this information helps!
