Alliance rating has been changed from 1000 to 700 why?

Our Alliance rating goes down from 1000 to 700 after update the app why it's happening? Is it Bugs or issues?

    Could be because to many people got caught hacking during wars, they take chunks of your rating or take it down to 0 if they find evidence to prove it.

    If it wasn't to widespread then that's probably what happened, should check to see if anyone got banned or if you're leadership got notified.

    It happens to lots of allainces, threads all over the place about it and you will likely have to contact their support for more information.

    Sounds like you have a cheater in your midst. 300 pts is the penalty, iirc.

    Ours dropped 300 also and we definitely have no cheaters/modders, just got a response from support for our ticket stating that they were receiving a lot of tickets for this. Looking like it’s an issue on Kabams side, maybe a mod could tag this as issue under investigation.

    Ours has not change.Sounds like they are already adjusting war rating based infractions.

    This is not a technical issue - war ratings are adjusted for terms of service violations. If you're looking for more account specific information, you'll need to contact customer support using the in-game menu.
