False promotions demotion bug in allaince genreal

Well for the past 2 days since the update our general keeps randomly saying that people got promoted to-, or demoted to- for no reason since I haven't promoted or demoted anyone and not quite sure why it's happening.
It's a pretty werid one and not sure how you manage to create it, it happens on all devices randomly throughout the day.
Has anyone else besides my alliance seen this?
