What is the prestige requirement to purchase the new 4* and 5* offer?

Just curious what the cutoff is. I know we wouldn’t want rosters getting too strong.

I just couldn’t resist. Really hope they solve this restricted milestone issue. Puts a huge dark cloud around an otherwise fun game mode.
