In game mail nothing attached

Hello, i was hoping an admin could help, i recieved an in game mail for shards, but nothing was attached

The problem im running into is i did not get the shards promised and am not sure what to do

Just as further proof, you can see this was just a regular mail unlike the one above shows a chest icon and had an attachment
