Why does punisher have such a high PI I'm tempted to r4 him because it's up there with the r4s

Just the way he is, mines at r4. I like using him, nice futuristic animations, powerlock just before the 3rd sp is what I’ve found most useful. Regen is pretty 💩 but has saved me once or twice with those death squads in arena. I’ve found him useful for war just because his sp1 is so fast, similar with bpcw sp1. I also like the stun on the heavy. Good champ in my opinion.

He's just good. Good specials (except for sp3, which is pretty bad IMO), decent base power, and his battery thing is cool too. As I said, just good.
