War and dungeon gameplay slow

While playing war and dungeons i seem to get so much lag and as a result get delays with blocking and special attack activation causing me to die. This doesnt happen if i play regular story quests. (This has only started with the introduction of dungeons)

Anyone had this issue and know how to fix it?
