I cannot block during battle?

Hey all. I have an issue that might be familiar to some people. I can't block during battle. I tap and hold left on my screen but it just breaks for no reason, when my finger is still on the screen. It occurs during all activities. I don't know if this happens because of my device(iPad Air) but I think not. I was always able to play normally but the problem occurred since the last few updates. Please help, it cost me too many revive and health potions.

    I think we're going to wait forever, it's kinda doesn't seem like they care or take us seriously when we report these bugs and issues.

    Despite all the money we've given them and all of the information as well yet these bugs and issues still persist throughout all the updates and maintenances and it kinda makes you wonder why.
