Merger request: seeking 1 semi-autonomous BG for gold-2 alliance

we're an Australian alliance "Aussie Intruders", about 9M, ended up in the middle of gold-2 last season. The core team's been together since August, mainly because it's a friendly no-drama retired group. In AQ, we run map 5 once or twice, and the rest map 3 or 2. Open for discussion.
We have several people retiring because of urgent family matters and work. We also could get rid of some that are challenged reading instructions and path assignments, so we would like to invite an entire BG over with players in the 200k-500k range, in order to maintain our success in AW. So far, we've oscillated in tier 8-10, and we only use minimum revives and potions. No win-at-any-cost bs.
