Please Investigate - Miles Morales Blocking Issue in Dungeons

Dear Kabam,
My friend has an iPhone6 and was fighting Miles Morales tonight in room 3 of dungeon level 5. All 3 of my friend's champs died as I was watching them fight Miles. Miles broke through my friend's block for no reason on all 3 champs (Yondu, Scarlet Witch, and Hulk), causing them to lose all 3 champs. In the second and third fights, my friend even blocked more than normal because of what had happened. It is highly unusual for my friend to lose 3 champs on one enemy at that level. My friend is far more skilled than that. My friend had fought 2 Miles Morales in Room 1 as well, and this did not happen. He evaded a ton, but there were no broken blocks.
I've noticed that the speed of the fights is far higher in dungeons than any other fights in the game. Could this be a dungeon-related bug?
Can you please investigate if there are blocking issues with Miles Morales, at least in dungeons?
