Rouge or Wolverine

I have enough t4b and t4c to rank up either my Wolverine or Rogue to 4 and 5, which is a better option wolvy is duped and rouge is undupped.

Rouge is makeup.

Both are great mutant champions and you can't go wrong. I still prefer Wolverine over rogue.

Wolverine. Very easy choice here especially since he is dupped.
