Is 5* Void getting added to the 5* Basic after today's maintenance?

Adding a single champ to the basic pool has not required maintenance tmk. There will be a banner on the home screen announcing his addition and that banner can appear from anywhere between now and hours from now, Most of the time its nowish though.
