AW/AQ management power

I think it’s the time leader/officers should have more control over the running of AW and AQ. To be specific, the management should be able to remove the members they don’t want in the AW. And also set up the number of groups they want for the AQ. There is never a guarantee that all the members in the alliance follow instructions all the time. But as management, we invest so much money/time/resources in it, we don’t want them to be ruined!
