I didn't get any compensation ultimate crystal for the game issues? why? Why it is random? Is it Random like crystal rewards?

Same here. I am uncollected, playing since week one. Playing on ios. And i got nothing. I see people getting t4 class catalysts. How is this any fair? Giving random gifts to random players? Why do you make some of your player base happy while making others upset?Please Kabam we need an answer for this.

It wasn’t compensation it was a random gift. No one knows why

i didn’t get either. im on ios uncollected and play for 4 yeas

Actually me too. Playing since release week. What if they only randomized their gift players once and then gifted the same people in every “gift”. I am glad i'm f2p.

There has been no compensation issued for the down time yet. The rewards some players have been receiving is rewards that our team on occasion sends out randomly to random players. If you did not get a gift this time, you may still receive one in the future.
