Infinity dust

I am wondering if I can get an official reponse. Will remaining infinity dust be converted over to gold at end of event as has been done in past with similar temporary currency? Or, will it just disappear?

here is a link to the discussion regarding the valor conversion in which mods confirmed the conversion rate. Seeing as infinity dust is basically just reskinned valor, I would also expect the conversion to be the same. Would still like another confirmation though.

I do recall them saying they have no plans on doing this but i think they said that with vallor also at the begining
