Miles morales vs Joe fixit

Have you ever fought joe fixit with miles morales? Evading joe's sp1 first bullet and then the other bullets become unblockable because you evaded first bullet. This is ridiculous.

So what you're saying here is that Miles Morales might not be a good matchup option for Joe Fixit and that you should try using another champ.

More constructively: Evading a multi-hit attack can be counterproductive because it leaves you open to subsequent strikes.

It's a problem for all evade champs; and they have the same issues against War Machine, Agent Venom, Punisher, Winter Soldier, etc.

Except original Daredevil who evades Matrix-style.

This is the primary reason for it occasionally being useful to be able to turn your evade on/off (Spidergwen, Symbiote Spiderman, Nightcrawler)

The issue is that the auto evade mechanic shouldn't drop your block if it fails to evade one of the projectiles from a multi-projectile special move. If you auto evade part, then the game should evade all. Or it should reapply your block stance for any parts it's not going to evade so at least you take block dmg not hit dmg.
