Hey guys, what kind of Buffs and Patches do you wanna see for Kabams PROMISED Carnage Buff?

I wanna see Increased Bleed, Regeneration (which all Symbiotes should have), Physical Resist, Crits, you name it. Build ideas? Post them here.

    I would like to see deep wounds effect on par with nightcrawler and an instant power gain on triggering deep wounds
    Carnage doesn't necessarily need regen cuz that could be interpreted as all symbiotes in game should have regen

    I think this is one way he could be set up:

    Carnage has an X chance to lacerate the opponent, causing a Bleed for X seconds.

    Carnage senses his opponents blood, increasing his attack by X for each stack.

    Each time Carnage strikes his opponent has an X chance to cause another Bleed.

    Maybe give him true strike or just have a passive shutting down evade

    •Regen
    Some sort of heals. Maybe based of power meter (like Wolvie), drain power like Blade or regen at the start of fights like Voodoo.

    •Poison Immunity
    Reduced poison duration or fully immune

    •Bleed resistance
    He can withstand high caliber bullets (in comics) so reduced bleeds like Beast/Rogue or just immune

    •Physical Resistance
    Something like LC w/ +xxx physical resistance on non crit hit or you could add glancing to his kit

    •Increased Bleed Duration
    Base it off current power in him or the enemy

    •Fury / Buff Control
    Maybe give him fury like Hela, having him gain fury thru specials and certain hits add to a timer similar to souls. Or he increases attack based off of bleeds. Could have him carry a fury or whatever buff he has the most of in current fight over to the next fight (max 3-5?) as a passive. Maybe converting buffs to permanent during fight similar to Sabertooth.

    Not saying add all above and I do like the way he can gain his buffs except for the timer duration. He should be able to convert some buffs to carry over to the next fight or for the current fight that don’t count towards his genetic memory cap. Adding true strike, ability to reduce/shut down evade (based off bleeds?) or if Spidey evades Carnage gets auto block or a short indestructible timer would be great b/c he bypasses Spidey sense in the comics.

  • Epic damage, regeneration, instant mutation (or few seconds), bleed on crits, stronger bleed, higher health, higher attack, higher mutation limit (or no limit!)

    I think Carnage should be able to steal health when using his Heavy Attack & Special 3. The logic here is he’d be feeding off his opponent’s blood with his tendril attacks. Also if his Signature Ability also applied when Carnage himself was bleeding he would make much better use of the Double Edge mastery and become a better dwfender.

    ... If Carnage could heal off his Special 3 and had increased power gain during Double Edge bleed damage, he would actually be a decent choice to use with suicides as apposed to a horrible one.

    How about:

    Sig ability changed to gains power near an opponent that is bleeding same as Blade, that would make him into a great defender for anyone who runs double edge.

    Every standard strike inflicts a tiny bleed , say 5 damage and lasts 30 seconds, which stacks as a debuff, so despair mastery could be fun. means his sig ability can always be used, and he'd be viable for node 24 AW beating.
    All his black prof, fury, crit rate buffs need to be buffed with higher %ages, with no cap, so after a good number of hits you use special after special from gaining power from the bleed, boosting damage up and up from stacking mutations, a star lord style alternative.
    Then he'll start to be what he's meant to be, a glass cannon champ.
    But to make him viable with such low health, a magik style regen would be great, such as each stack of block prof mutation makes Carnage recover a percentage of the opponents bleed damage when close to them, all in his awakened sig ability.
    And his 3rd special could cause insanity (once per fight) doubling at max sig the effect of all buffs for 10 seconds. It would also generate a persistent charge (like mephisto/morningstar/bishop), each charge increasing crit damage, so by the 6th charge you'd doubled crit damage so even bleed immune champs could be damaged by carnage. Each charge is only lost when you lose more than 5% of max health to limit to the damage to 5% of max health. So a boss 5 hit combo to the face would lose 5 previously gained charges but only lose 25% of max health. Each level 3 special taken from the opponent would cost 1 charge a limit damage to 5% like iceman.

    *Regen per bleed inflicted - He's a sadistic, cruel and psychopathic criminal bonded to a symbiote who is bloodthirsty as hell.

    *Reduce the mutation timer after a special.
    *Tie specific types of mutation to a specific specials with variables. For instance **Above 50% health, SP1 - Permanent Fury**
    *Stack passive physical resistance buff, up to about 5 or 10 depending on the potency of the buff when hit. These will drop off one by one when he isn't getting hit, kinda like Sabertooth's passive regen stacks.
    *Spider Sense Immunity (True Strike when facing Spider Verse heroes)

    Give him regen every time he stacks a mutation and increase his base attack. Also make his sig better by adding an attack boost and increase his bleed durations so his sig can work
