I need Help with an old account!!!

I spent over $100 on my old account on I would like to get it back! I deleted the game out of of rage after losing it but I re-installed it and now I am hoping I can get help for once! Also, my mom sent an email stating my problem back in 2017 and no one ever responded to it.
