Marvel Trucos basic champ calendar

Does anyone have any idea who the question mark champs will be in the 4* basic arena?
They've got one listed on the 31 May, 14 June. 19 July and 16 Aug.
Is it because there has been some shuffling done, and if so, has there been an announcement?
