Bug and bad kabam

Though I'm playing expert level on trial I've never got any ultimate crystal.Previously on t'challa trial I've also done expert level but never got any ultimate wakanda crystals .Whereas many players getting 2 or 3 ultimate crystals only playing hard and even normal..That's injustice..kabam do something.And i also not got any Special gift from Kabam which was given to all weeks ago ...That's what kabam want??
