Suggestion for change in people eligible for top 800 rank rewards in featured arena.

Why can't the people that fight in the featured Arena not be eligible for the top 800 rank Rewards if they already have that champ and at Max Sig level? I don't like coming up short in points for that Arena but then seeing many members who are ready have that champ and at max level taking up a spot that could have been given to someone that don't have that champ yet. Mainly they are going for that warbound title given for first place. Why can't the members who have the featured champ at max level only be just eligible for the percentage Rewards instead? With only 800 spots to get the champ it's not really fair for so many to make that leaderboard of the 800 already having the champ at Max Sig level
