spamming in main chatroom in the game

Hi, Kabam.
Will you do anything with the spam in main chat room in the game??? I got no problem with particular player, it's about the spam. Or maybe it's all right to spam with unit offers? Please clarify and don't give me talk about reporting particular players. We cannot use chat room with all those spam messages.

Might be good if they had to be a certain level to use chat. A level or two would put it out of the reach of the bots.

Level 2 is easy to get for bot accounts. Up it to level 10 and the bots won’t bother

Just block em, then It’s useable again, not saying kabam shouldn’t do anything cos that’s not rocket science, would take one person 5 minutes a day to check the latest bots and kick them

Hey robbie7997, we currently have filters in place and Moderators are always reviewing activity in the Global Chat. If anyone is found to be breaking the rules, temporary Chat bans will be issued. With that being said, we are aware that our filters and Moderators can't catch everything, and we are working on new ways to make improvements to this!

If you don't wish to see this spam and don't want to report the specific players, you may wish to consider blocking them inside of Chat. Instructions on how to do this can be found HERE. Alternatively, that article also provides details on how you can turn off Global Chat completely.
