Basic Cat 4’s and Alpha 1’s

Hey Kabam Mike or whoever cares to answer.

Why are basic cat 4’s impossible to get? You guys “improved” the game in so many ways however trying to build up your characters takes months to achieve. At this point I’m willing to spend money buying the damn things which I’m pretty sure is music to your ears.
Also, why did you guys nerfed the greater solo crystals? This was a great way of getting alpha 1’s and was the way I used to get all of mine until you guys nerfed it. You guys have to do something about it because it’s getting boring trying to hoard all these cats just to level up one character. If you are going to increase quantities of leveling up someone you should increase how we acquire them not nerf them.

    IIRC, it was changed because the community complained there were too many t1a's in them, and selling them didn't get anything but gold at the time.

    T4 basics are much easier to get than in the past. You can now buy them with glory, which means even alliances that cannot reach the top rankings can still buy them. A good advanced tier alliance can probably buy at least one about once a week. The T4 basic arena still exists and you can get one from there with not a lot of effort (1.1 million points) about three times a month. And they both reduced the energy costs and increased the frequency of the basic T4 fragment daily event: it used to be 3 energy per move and ran once every two days: it now runs every day and only costs 2 energy per move. You can now get twice as many fragments, and it only costs 33% more energy for double the return. That's 2840 fragments per day you could get, which is about two and a half per month. That's approximately ten per month, give or take. You also get one per month doing heroic difficulty and just under two a month doing master difficulty. That's at least twelve per month that aren't too difficult to get. This doesn't count AQ Map crystals or other events, and doesn't include one off ways of getting them through story content.

    I appreciate the insight and the incredible generosity of Kabam. I fall on my knees in gratitude and I pray to the Kabam gods and bring in forth the sacrifice of Benjamin’s to your offerings.
    Still you do not take into consideration the amount of them that it takes in order to build up your roster. Plus you make absolutely no mention of why you guys nerfed the greater solo crystals. You have people who like to play the game but are getting tired and burned out on how you guys handle pretty much every aspect of the game. I guess you think you have a luxury of losing people when you bring in $25 million a month or is that number too low? I know a lot of really good players who have stopped playing because they got tired of these antics. It’s too bad because I really enjoy this games but you guys have absolutely no clue how to make it more enjoyable to your customers.
