Can Thor ragnarok become stormbreaker thor and can avengers be buffed up (ones who arent good)

I was thinking if thor can become stormbreaker thor because hes better and it suits him. Also some avengers such as sparkey arent avengers in the game and some avengers arent good enough and need to be buffed up for example falcon. Thanks
