Stuck on loading... results in losing half life!

Why is it that I was punished with losing half my champs life energy in War when the game got stuck on ‘loading’? There was no internet issue and the game was loading for over 15 minutes! Very disappointed in this...!!!

    Happened to me yesterday in AQ also.

    It's super annoying. Worst part was it was after my fight. It got stuck loading the victory Stat box for over 5 mins.

    Once I finally closed out and went back in, my champ had 50% he and the node I just defeated was back and at 100% health.

    Expect mine didn’t even say loading it just went back to the home screen and I am 99% sure that I didn’t press the home button
