Chadwick and Tom's challenge legends title

Me and a couple of players i know has finished the legends run for this event under 1hour 30min. But while we didnt get title, there are a lot of other players who got the title with a time more than 1hour 35min. I cannot understand what is the reason of that.
Does anyone else having the same situation?

    Hey S4LD1R4Y, there's already an active discussion HERE about the Legend times for this Event. However, if you feel you should have received a Title on this occasion but didn't, I recommend that you reach out to our Support Team so they can look into it further for you.

    You can submit a Support ticket by clicking on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the game's Home screen. From there, tap on the button that says “Support”, and then tap on the option for “Need more help? Contact us”.
