Missing artifacts after yesterday’s crash

Game crashed yesterday and when it can back up I was 10k short on artifacts. Before you so called mods chime in, I have submitted 3 tickets on this with no response in any way. So all players check your totals. No point in running dungeons if they just take it back from you
