Quake heavy

in Bugs and Known Issues
Traditionally, when you use quake, you hold down heavy to do damage and build aftershock charges. when the charges wear off, the opponent is stunned and more damage is dealt. in this instance, no damage was dealt at all except for attacks that made contact.
