My friend sold my 3* stark enhanced spidey

Today at school I pulled my first ever 4* and my friend grabbed my phone to see it and after he looked at it he pressed sell on my stark enhanced spidey and asked whatd id do but I then grabbed my phone, and his thumb pressed confirm. I then emailed support and they said they'd love to help and refund me my Spider-Man but itd be unfair to the community. That made me pretty mad because I got that Spider-Man by 100%ing the normal mode of infinity nightmare. What do I do now?

Get new friends. I know it probably sucks that he was sold, but at least it wasn't ur new 4 star? You will soon outgrow 3 stars anyways. It is strange that they refuse to give him back tho

Hope to get another, and nothing more. Reason why they say it’s unfair to the community is because anyone can say that their “friend” sold one of their champs but kabam wasnt there to see that happen. For all they know you could have sold your champion yourself and now you want it back, but be claiming that someone else sold it.

Not sure why it matters if they gave it back as long as it was within 24 hours or less and you didn't use any of the items you got from selling him. I mean, you can see exactly what you're going to get for selling him, so most of time time the only people requesting a trade-back would be people who accidentally sold a hero. I don't see that as being unfair to anybody.
