Arena featured champ infinite streak change

So I have been playing for almost 3 years now and have dealt with the changes. I have a pretty big roster of 4 amd 5 star champs. I have been doing the featired arenas for some tike now and get what I want out of it. This past Saturday night everything changed. I could use all my champs from maxes out to my rank 3 r stars and 5 stars at 1/25 and now when I do it gives me a death match up.
I sent a message and got a reply of “ you need to play better and upgrade all your champs if you wanna keep doing the streak. Thats how we treat loyal players? Making it so you have to rank ip useless champs to do better? Also where am I gona get all the supplys to rank up 50 4 stars from 3v
So what im getting is you need to soend to get what you want. Totally uncalled for to make this sudden change.
If i wanna pay ill pay for something i will but this is something I could easily fo without use of units or momey.
I hope you take this serious and make it back to normal. And I know im not only one to have this issue and got the same kind of reply.
