A frustration I get a lot of a leader is members who don’t read instructions for AQ/AW. Wouldn’t it be good if officers were able to designate where members go for those events? E.g. member 2 into bg3 - member 5 into bg1 and so on.

    I'm not sure what you are trying to say but, in an alliance were officers and the leader respect each other and communicate, that is exactly what happens.

    Download the LINE app and make it mandatory for everyone in the alliance to have LINE for communication and coordinating AW and AQ. Have one chat room for everyone to be in for overall communication and information, have another chat room for just leader and officers and then have one chat room for each BG with only the 10 members that are assigned to that AQ/AW BG and have one officer or the leader assigned to each BG/BG chat to delegate paths, moves, etc. It's been around for a long time and almost all semi-serious and serious alliances (and even a few just for fun alliances) have used LINE since they created their alliance.
