This is rediculous, I know how to fight him in the sense of dint parry if power gain or regen is on deck but I didn’t parry just intercepted him and next thing you know I see his power meter blast up

Did u apply any sort off debuff? cuz that's how he gains that burst of power when affected by a debuff...

If you are using Sparky or Medusa, sparky causes taunt on every 5th hit and medusa causes aromour break in every medium so it will cause ultrons dormant buffs to trigger. You have to play carefully.

If you have Medusa she is the ine to use. Get an armor break then you can parry. Build up to her sp3 a few times and the fight will be over.
