Magik limbo

Im pretty sure that limbo is passive ability, not a buff, because it cannot be staggered nor nullyfied.
So can someone please tell me why limbo duration is extended by ‘buff’ duration extension node?

Is it? I know it’s affected by heal nodes like node 24 in War, but I wasn’t aware it was affected by buff duration

I forgot to take the video
Magik in AQ map 3 was on had buff extension node, and it definitely was more than 3 sec
