Not getting full amount of units

in Bugs and Known Issues
I'm having a problem with my game since last month and I'm not getting the full sum. For example when I'm supposed to get 10 units I only get 7 added to my units count. Can anyone tell me what's happening and how to fix this. Thank you

    Reload your game. It should re calculate

    It does not happen even when I reloaded

    Well i have same problem,its some kind of visual glitch,but after reload or restarting game everything is fine
