Should we get a rank down ticket for AA change

As far as I can tell, AA will still be a really, really, really good champ (and far better than most) for 90% of the game. Even if it was free, I wouldn't rank mine down.

Thanks that was a great opinion ! I like mine too he’s 5/65 .. but I think they should at least give us that option to rank down or keep ranked up

Players with aa at 4* and 5* should get aa-specific rank down tickets. Kabam had 6 months after they gave "false" information to clarify the situation. They've also been working on the change for quite a while as planning and implementation of character changes takes a while. The responsibility is fully on them.

If players don't want to use the aa-rdt, that's fine... But kabam giving you the option ensures that future nerfs will be handled properly and help to shrink the rift between players and company.

Whenever the mods get back from church or their other morning activities, I would humbly suggest merging this and other AA threads into the larger 18.1 thread. It would benefit the customers who are trying to keep up with that issue to have it all in one place.

Although it's only 1 aspect of his abilities, it's a pretty major change since he is the only one able to bypass stun immune heroes and nodes i.e. AW Bosses

as due to the length of the time to fix said 'bug' which I highly doubt was a bug,

the fact it was mentioned multiple times before on the bug forums,

told by a moderator it was working as intended, then suddenly retracted sighting a mistake (one we as customers are paying for yet again, NOT the moderators)

the fact this bug has been allowed to continue for OVER 14 months, so by this, you have wronged half the community that didn't have him for a year, so to even it out, you just fix it now, which evens out the offense (thanks for being equal at least, albeit late on it)

From kabam mikes own mouth august 17th of last year, and I quote the exact post for laziness and ease of people

Thanks for keeping this constructive, but there are already many threads that have been opened on Rank Down tickets, so we don't need to create more.

Rank Down Tickets are not meant to be a permanent part of the Contest. They are only for when a Character is adjusted to no longer perform the way they once did. We do not have any intention of making generic rank down tickets available again, and if there is ever a need to change a Character again, they will likely receive character specific ones.

Choosing the correct Champions to rank up for your purposes is an important part of the game, so choose wisely!"

This change qualifies in your own words for a rank down ticket package. Regardless of a bug or not, you allowed this to go on for over 14 months, and that is well beyond any kind of normalish time to repair a bug, given the other above comments. This change DOES alter the character to no longer perform they way they once did. Bug or not.

I vote yes.

They released a bugged champion and waited 14 months to tell people. At one point telling people he was working like he was suppose to.

They sold him in crystals and let people rank him up without mentioning that he was going to get changed.

I used my generic awakening gem on him and I wouldn't of if they were going to nerf him, they can't keep DOING this when people save resources for certain champs then they change the champ!!!

Everybody who ranked AA in the time between a moderator saying 'working as intended' and @Kabam Miike correcting that moderator should get a rank down ticket. The rest of you chose to rank your champ knowing it was providing an unintended advantage. Life's rough - wear a helmet.

First of all, I don't think it constitutes a Ticket regardless of the change. No change has been made since last year that would qualify for them, and I would care less if they never came. They're a contradiction. Secondly, who we Rank is up to us, for our own reasons. AA is useful for much more than bypassing Immunity. No Champ can bypass Stun Immunity. That's the whole point of the fix. Honestly, he's worth much more than one aspect.

They made it clear that nureotoxin wasn’t a debuff in his description now they are making it a debuff? Is that changing him yes or no

Even though AA is still God tier. It is a long standing bug that was not addressed until now. It is so long standing (and given Kabam has not realized it until now) that many players would think it is not a bug. Even though I have an R5 4* AA, even with the fix, I would NOT rank him down with a rank down ticket but I know some people would like to.
