We've recently started doing hold weeks for crystals and rank ups (we now make Summoner Advancement rewards two weeks out of three), and a few summoners left us because they didn't understand the value of doing so. If you do, and you're keen on AW (currently Tier 18, but moving up) and AQ (currently run 23232), and you can communicate and follow instructions, look me (BlueDragonGirl) or the alliance (HgInc) up in-game. We have a great group and learn a lot from each other; we're all about helping each other progress.
