How often has og vision been offered before??

Hey guys i didnt buy the offer for og vision last time he was around. I regret that.
I am not even after the 4 or 5* version.
I am merely after the 3* to add to my collection.
I have every single 3* in the game and all of them maxed with the exception of Red Deadpool, OG vision and Immortal Iron Fist.
Obviously i want to fix this.
I will buy deadpool when he comes....
Hopefully rng gives me IIF.....
Just wanted to know how long i may lilely have to wait for another chance to buy a 3* vision..
