Game becomes unresponsive when accessing the alliance tab

The title says it all. The rest of the tabs are fine. The problem started before updating, but has persisted after. I have restarted the game and my tablet but with no change. Running on iPad Air 2.

same, but this issue started when they introduced alliance war season, and IT ONLY occurs during season time (no delay when season 1 finished, but the delay started all over again when season 2 started
not that a big of a deal, since it will eventually show the window, but it's frustrating

Same thing for me. I can't enter AW which could be rough for this war for my alliance

It doesn’t appear to be delayed. Just calls up a blank screen and nothing else responds so I have to force close.

Same issue with me! happens for Alliance war and quests. arena is fine!

Tried it on LG G5 and Google Pixel 2, Issues started happening after update to 18.1.0.

I submited a support ticket. I really need to go fight in war!

Alliance Screen freezes up the game. IPhone 6 and iPhone 6S.
Sometimes exiting the game and re-entering allows into the menu
