Put together a team around him to do some vanquishing blows grinding and noticed no1 was giving the opponents passive weakness despite having 2/3 of the required champs. Is it not a visible debuff or a bug??

    Who were the other champs you had with him?

    It's only possible to see it against opponents that do DOT, because the weakness only occurs when they aren't hitting you. I haven't tested it myself so I'm not sure.

    It is visible....the only one that gives the debuff is captain america not everyone in the team and it is still only a percentage chance for him unless max sig

    @TachyonShadow you're talking about the signature ability, we're talking about synergies. Two different things.
