FIX GOLDPOOL - SP3 not refreshing REGEN

Goldpools regen is broken when using sp3. According to his abilities, an SP3 will refresh the Prowess Buff (which is does), and the Regen Buff(which it does not). Please fix, if he does not refresh his regen, then this is very misleading and refunds will be in order as his abilitiy clearly states he can refresh BOTH buffs.

    Are you using your S3 while these buffs are actually on?
