Abomination poisons even when hit by projectiles

There's a bug where Abomination is able to poison champs even when he's hit by projectiles, like blade's SP1.

    It's not a bug. Abomination has a high (90 - 95%) chance to apply a non-stacking poison when he bleeds, because of his "gamma irradiated blood". Blade's first special lands certain bleeds, so he triggers those bleeds. If Abom isn't duped, it's his only way to poison. Try not to bleed him and you can cut down the damage over time; hope this helps

    He's supposed to do that, his blood is irradiated, so when he bleeds the air is filled with poison

    Electro in AQ just hit his reflect damage ability on me from projectiles too.
