Kabam doesn’t answer emails !! Only auto replay

I have been having issues with AW and been sending kabam tickets for the past 4 days and except an auto replay that they will answer my issue within 24 (which they don’t)
They should be ashamed of them selfs with all the money they charge that they don’t have a basic customer service!!!!
