Specials being parried!

Am wondering if this is a bug or a known issue as I didn't see anything in that category which isn't to say it's not there! All day today in Arena, story and event quests I have been getting my special attacks parried left and right. I didn't know that specials could be parried! Is this intentional are we going to have to readjust how the game is played to account for this difference. Also the AI has been using specials while I'm in the middle of a combo or using a special of my own and tbh there isn't any way to avoid this. I know we had a problem before with the AI doing this identical thing and thought the matter remedied. Is there anyone that could tell me for sure if parry specials is going to be a new mastery or something. Also when might we get the attacking in mid combo fixed again?

Opponents in arena can parry if the person has the parry mastery but parrying a special won't stun you.
Opponents in quests can't parry you unless they have a specific node that allows them to

It's your timing
Back then when specials get parried, you get stunned and no special anymore
Now you can parry specials but not get stunned
So yeah it's possible

It's not his timing, it's an issue with Kabam's servers. OP you are experiencing lag. It used to happen a lot, seems like the issue is back. It's been bad these last few days. Since it's related to the servers, some players will not experience it at the same rate or not at all.

It's curious that when I experience it, the one youtuber who lives in the same city as I do has the exact same issues during his streams.
