Deadpool Arena tickets not showing

I have been told that someone got one in a message at the beginning. I was also told that they see them in the featured item. But, I haven’t seen either.

They process if you've ever bought the 3-star Deadpool deal. I bought it back when I started, almost 3 years ago, and I got a ticket in an email before the first arena as well as access to them in the Featured Item store for 300 Units apiece.
